Itinerary

1 day.Cairo Arrival:

Upon arrival to Cairo Airport our Ra- Tours representative will meet you holding a sign with your name, then picking you up to your hotel to check in and stay in Cairo overnight.

2nd.day Cairo “Pyramids Tour”:

Eye of Ra- tour guide will meet and transfer on of the ancient world wonders  ,to visit the impressive 3 Pyramids of Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Menkaure which are guarded by the rock-cut statue (The Sphinx). The Great Pyramid of King Cheops is the only wonder of the seven wonders of the ancient world that is still standing today. Enjoy a camel ridding for half hour. Then you will go to witness the Complex of Saqqara which belongs to King Zoser and his step pyramid which is considered the first pyramid in Egypt and the first rock-cut building in the history . Moving on towards Memphis “one of the ancient Egyptian Capitals until around 2,200 BC” which was a cult center for God Ptah god of creation and artworks, you will find there a lot of temples and monuments dedicated for him After finishing the tour you will be picked up back to your hotel in Cairo.

3rd. day Cairo “City Tour”:

After Breakfast Ra- tour guide will escort you to continue your journey through the history starting with the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities which was built in 1902 and it exhibits a large number of items and treasures (exceeding 120,000 masterpieces) dating back to the ancient Egyptian period and Greco-Roman period including the marvelous collection of the gold child king Tut Ankh Amon After

that proceeding to a new era “The Coptic Cairo” where you will visit the “Hanging Church” which is dating back to the 3rd Century AD and was dedicated to Virgin Mary ,It’s called “Hanging” because of its location above the gatehouse of the ancient Roman fortress “Babylon” .. Then visiting “Saint Sergius and Bacchus Church” which is believed to have been built on the spot where the holy family rested. a visit to the “Jewish Synagogue of Ben Ezra” which gained its importance from its Geniza (Store room) was found during the 19th century containing a treasure of abandoned Hebrew secular and sacred manuscripts Then ending our tour with going to Khan el Khalili Bazaar which is one of Cairo’s main attractions. The district of Khan el Khalili ,it becomes a bazaar where you will find many souvenirs shops, coffeehouses “Café” serving Arabic coffee and offering water pipe  “Shisha”, and restaurants throughout the area. After that you will be picked up back to the hotel to stay overnight or fly to Luxor.

4th.day .Fly to Luxor / Luxor “East Bank Tour”:

In the morning. Checking out the hotel and you will be transferred to Cairo airport to catch your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival to Luxor, our Eye of Ra- tour guide will escort you to visit the two Massive temples on the eastern bank of the Nile. The first one is Karnak Temples Complex which comprises a vast mix of decayed temples, chapels, pylons, and other buildings. It’s a vast open-air museum, and the second largest ancient religious site in the world. It’s mainly a place to worship the Theban triad (Gods Amon, his consort Mut, and their son Khunso). Then to Luxor Temple which is believed that one of the ancient Egyptian’s festivals was held inside the temple as there are different scenes on the walls representing the celebration of the festival. It’s called a religion:  pharonic temple  , roman columns  , Christian church and Islamic mosque too. Then going to hotel to check in at night enjoy the discover the town by carriage, stay overnight in Luxor.

5th.day. Luxor “West Bank Tour”:

After Breakfast, Ra- tour guide will lead you to visit west bank of the Nile including (Valley of the kings where you will see the well preserved tombs belonging to the kings of the new kingdom including the great ruler Ramses II and the child King Tut Ankh Amon, The Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut it’s called “the Holy of Holies”. It is one the best architecture buildings. It consist of three levels connected with each other by ramps . The temple is mainly dedicated to worship the supreme god Amon-Ra, and the 2 Colossi of Memnun which are two massive statues representing King Amenhotep III in a seating Position) After this enjoy the Egyptian meal in Egyptian family then back by the air conditioned vehicle to the hotel in Luxor and stay overnight.

6th.day. Transfer to Aswan / Aswan Sightseeing:

In the morning, Checking out, then Eye of Ra- tour guide will escort you by air conditioned vehicle to the beautiful Aswan ”. In the way (about 2 hours)you going to visit one of the most complete temple, Edfu ,(the hours temple) reaching Aswan, you will visit Aswan’s High Dam which is one of the most important achievements of the last century in Egypt , Then you will visit the Temple of Isis at Philae , it was dedicated to goddess Isis which was considered the mother of god  Horus and the consort of God Osiris. Then, you will be transferred to hotel in Aswan to check in later pick you up for a Felucca ride around the islands of Aswan (before sun set) ,Enjoy the magnificent scenery and the fresh breeze while witnessing (Kitchener’s Botanical Garden where you will see different beautiful types of subtropical, exotic, and rare plantings which were imported from all over the world and Elephantine island which is the largest island of Aswan area then overnight in Aswan hotel.

7th.day. Abu Simbel-Aswan “Felucca Ride” / Fly to Cairo:

At 5.00 am. Pick up time to start the tour towards Abu Simbel (Around 3 Hrs. Driving) to visit the most famous temples (The Great and Small temples) of King Ramses II and his wife Queen Nefertari. The most spectacular aspect of this temple is its setting in the solid rock above the banks of the Nile River. The complex is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the “Nubian Monuments,” which run from Abu Simbel downriver to Philae (near Aswan). It is believed that the axis of the temple was positioned by the ancient Egyptian architects in such a way that on October 22 and February 22, the rays of the sun would penetrate the sanctuary and illuminate the sculptures on the back wall, except for the statue of Ptah, the god connected with the Underworld, who always remained in the dark. These dates are allegedly the king’s birthday and coronation day. Then going back to Aswan afternoon you will be picked up to Aswan airport to take the flight back to Cairo.

we will pick up from your hotel or where you stay, to visit the largest temple built by Ancient Egyptian ,Karnk temples for the kings of the gods Amon Ra ,his wife goddess Mut ,and their son's god Khonsw moon gods. The temples were built by several kings from middle Kingdome ,start from kings Senosert l and the temple expands west _ east and north _ south , the temple has largest hypostyle hall which has got 134 columns . Each columns is 18 meters and 23 meters, build by kings Hor – em – heb, king Sety l and king Ramsses ll. More than 30 Pharaohs participated in the entire project. Especially the size and number of buildings of Karnak is overwhelming. The guide will show you the most interesting and important places.

our tour continue to visit Luxor temple , our knowledgeable Egyptologist guide shows the most beautiful details and tells some special stories about this magnificent temple in the middle of the city on the Nile.

then we cross to west Bank to visit Kings valley , where the worlds famous Valley of the Kings on the West Bank of Luxor you will visit 3 beautiful tombs. Before visiting the tombs you will receive extensive information about the valley in general and the tombs you will see. On the standard ticket you will visit 3 tombs. (around 1500 B.C .to 1000 B.C.).

then you will going to visit the Queen temple, The guide will share in-depth information and show you all the special details about the Temple of Hatshepsut, it's called "the Holy of Holies”. It is one the best architecture buildings built by the engineer Sennmut . It consist of three levels connected with each other by ramps and has different scenes on its walls depicting the divine birth of the Queen and her Commercial expedition to Punt Land……etc

finally we visit the Colossi of Memnon, the great statues of kings Amonhotep III., his wife queen Tyie and his mother Mutmyie.
